High-Protein • High-Fiber Energy Bites

Makes 16 bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 2 cups oats
  • 4 scoops vanilla whey isolate (120 g)
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup Lily's sugar-free chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch sea salt
  • 2–4 Tbsp water as needed

Instructions

  1. Heat the peanut butter for 15–30 seconds until smooth and pourable. Stir in the honey until well combined.
  2. Add oats, whey protein, flaxseed, chia seeds, chocolate chips, vanilla, and sea salt.
  3. Mix thoroughly. Add water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture holds together when squeezed.
  4. Roll into 16 equal bites.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Don't skip heating the peanut butter—it helps everything stick together and gives the bites their perfect texture.
