Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to come in person, or can this all be done virtually?

Most of our care is completely virtual. You can submit photos, complete your visit online, and receive a personalized treatment plan all from home. If an in person visit is ever needed, we will guide you.

How quickly can I get started?

You can start today. Most patients complete their visit in minutes and receive a treatment plan within 24 to 48 hours.

What if I don’t know what’s wrong with my skin?

That’s exactly what we’re here for. You don’t need a diagnosis, just tell us what’s going on, and we’ll take it from there.

Can you help with acne that won’t go away?

Yes. We treat acne at every stage, from occasional breakouts to persistent, hormonal, or cystic acne. Your plan may include prescription treatments, skincare guidance, and long term prevention strategies.

Can you treat melasma, dark spots, or uneven skin tone?

Absolutely. These conditions require a thoughtful approach, and we create customized regimens that actually work without overcomplicating your routine.

Do you help with rosacea or redness?

Yes. We focus on calming inflammation, strengthening the skin barrier, and reducing triggers to improve both symptoms and long term control.

Can you recommend a simple skincare routine?

Definitely. Many patients come to us overwhelmed, we simplify everything into a clear, effective routine tailored to your skin.

Will I receive a prescription the same day?

In many cases, yes. If appropriate, prescriptions are sent directly to your preferred pharmacy.

What if my treatment isn’t working?

We adjust. Your plan evolves based on your progress, we do not take a one size fits all approach.

What happens during my first visit?

You will answer a few questions, and we will create a personalized treatment plan based on your in person evaluation.
